Full House Refurbishment, Birmingham

A complete top-to-bottom refurbishment of a tired Birmingham property. Every room was stripped back and brought up to standard: walls and ceilings were repaired and re-skimmed throughout, then painted and decorated, and new flooring was fitted across the whole house. The internal doors were replaced, the old kitchen was taken out and a new fitted kitchen installed, and both the bathroom and the downstairs toilet were completely renewed. Before any tiling went on, both rooms were fully tanked to give a waterproof backing behind the tiles - a step that is often skipped, but it is what stops moisture tracking into the walls further down the line. The house was handed back clean, dry and ready to move into.
